These are the current app-listing details, not a measurement of a file on your phone. The download size is different from the space used after installation. What the app does and what the file contains

Someone interested in cricket should look for the sports-related area, while someone locating a familiar game can start from its cover or category. A fantasy contest uses its own scoring rules; those points should not be confused with a cricket team's match total.
Version, download size and installed storage
A version label helps distinguish releases. A download size estimates the transfer described in the listing. Installed storage includes the app and data on the phone and can change with use. These three fields answer different questions: which release, how much transfer, and how much device space.

A friendly app name is different from an Android application identifier. When technical package information is available, read the actual identifier rather than substituting the name printed on a card.
Use account records instead of the Downloads folder
Transactions and Game History appear separately in the account menu. They are useful when a question concerns something done inside COME. The file saved by the browser is useful for an installation question. Looking in the wrong place can make a straightforward task look like missing data.
Settings includes Language, Check Update, Music On/Off and Effects On/Off. For a version question, use Check Update and compare the installed version. For a language or sound question, use the corresponding preference. None of those actions requires creating a second account or changing Android's source permissions.
Current COME rewards
COME offers a daily guaranteed bonus and a separate surprise bonus. The guaranteed amount starts at ₹1, with the minimum and number of claim days tied to VIP level. VIP1 has 3 days at a minimum of ₹1 per day; VIP5 has 3 days at ₹10; VIP10 has 5 days at ₹50; and VIP15 has 30 days at ₹100. The surprise bonus depends on the previous day's activity and betting behaviour. It is not the same fixed amount for every account.
The Refer & Earn offer separates two inviter rewards. A friend's sign-up qualifies for the reward labelled 30 Bonus. The reward labelled 80 Cash has a later condition: the friend makes any deposit and plays their first Mega Contest, or the friend's effective turnover reaches ₹1,000. Bonus and Cash are different labels in the offer; completing a download is not either of those referral milestones.
Open VIP Club for the reward relevant to your level and Refer & Earn for the invitation terms. Keep the account and milestone attached to the offer when reading an amount. Downloading another copy of the app does not create a new reward entitlement. For any money-based activity, follow the service's eligibility rules and the rules that apply where you are, and set a spending limit you can afford.
Start with the app task you want to finish
- Open COME and use Explore or the category tabs for content browsing. Identify the title or sports topic before opening its information.
- Use Account, Transactions or Game History when the question concerns your own activity. Keep the relevant date and record with your question.
- Open Settings to review language, sound and update checking; use Contact CS or Customer Center when a product question needs assistance.
Check Update is a menu action. The adjacent Latest Version wording is a status label, so use a version number from app information for a release comparison.
Read the result of each Android step
The browser first saves a file, then Android attempts installation, and only then can you test opening the app. If the transfer stops, the browser download record is the place to start. If Android rejects installation, the installer message is more useful than the page title. If the app opens but an account cannot be accessed, the file stage has already been passed.
On a phone with limited storage, consider the completed package and the installed app separately. Keep enough room for setup and do not delete account data as a quick substitute for understanding the storage screen. Your Downloads file and your app data can be managed independently.
Android download, installation and updates

Android then handles installation: read the app identity and any warning, allow only a recognised installation source when appropriate, and keep Play Protect enabled. Installation is complete when Android reports success; account access is the separate step after you open the app.

A new APK should not require you to erase a working copy merely to see whether it is newer. Is the listed 3.1MB the space COME will use on my phone?
No. It is the listed file size. Installation work and app data can require more storage, so compare the phone's free space with the offered release requirements rather than reserving exactly 3.1MB.
